Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide from Greece.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your SPECSET piece.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must include original packaging
  • Personalized items are non-returnable

Return Instructions

  1. Email hello@specset.co with your order number
  2. Include the reason for the return
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
