📦 Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from Greece.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Return Instructions:
- Email us at hello@specset.co with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- After receiving the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping fees, unless the return is our fault).
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@specset.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll fix it ASAP.
