Specset creates contemporary eyewear chains, phone straps, and other lifestyle accessories with a sophisticated balance between luxury and craftsmanship. 

The brand was born in 2017. Vassia, the designer and founder of Specset was in search of something special in eyewear accessories for her stores in Greece... For an eyewear chain that was both discreet and refined, a chain that would be a real fashion accessory.
Not finding what she wanted, and being of a creative nature decided to create her own chain of glasses. And that's how the adventure began: to repopularize this accessory that had been considered outdated for too long by transforming it into real jewelry.

Each piece of Specset jewelry is mindfully designed and handcrafted at our studio in Greece, from its initial stage to its final touch. This is what makes our products special.

We sell our products exclusively online, on our website. However, you can find a selection of Specset models at partner boutiques, and opticians.

We experiment with a motley of materials including acetate, metal, glass, leather, semi-precious stones, and more to create distinctive wearable art. A play of geometric and fluid shapes forms the brand’s aesthetic and we, at Specset, strive to provide around the world with lifestyle accessories of the highest standards.

Specset offers a plethora of jewelry styles for men and women that are finished in 18K gold, silver, rose gold, or gunmetal.

Clean your jewelry by delicately rubbing them with a soft and dry cloth, like the one you would use on a pair of eyeglasses, to remove oxidation marks. We suggest you store your jewelry in dry cloth bags or boxes, away from the air.

In case the line is busy or if you call outside usual business hours, we suggest you favor the contact form in order to receive a prompt answer.

Our products are solid and of high quality, you can wear them every day without fear! If despite everything you break it, don't panic, we provide after-sales service. We will repair your glasses chain free of charge (only the outward and return postage costs will be at your expense). Because for us, it is better to repair than to buy, it is more economical, and above all more ecological!

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can therefore return it to us, at your expense, in the withdrawal period of 15 days. Please reach us by email or via the contact form so that we can send you the procedure to follow.

In case of a problem with your order, please reach us at hello@specset.co or via our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible and do our best to resolve your issue.

If you received a defective item and would like a FULL REFUND, including shipping fees, please reach us via hello@specset.co or through our contact form. The order number and a photo that shows clearly the defect is needed to quickly process your refund.

Each order is prepared with the utmost care: Metallic, leather, and beaded products come in our custom leather pouch, the chunky products are packaged in our business eco-box and all of them are ready to offer as a gift. Every order includes a guarantee card for the originality of Specset and a card-postal from Greece!

You have 2 possibilities :

By making a traditional order on the e-store. You have the possibility to request an accompanying note that will be printed on a lovely Specset card. Upon reception of the gift, the happy receiver will have the possibility to request a credit note to our customer service, if they want to exchange the gift.By choosing to offer a Specset gift card online. It will enable the happy receiver to freely choose its gift within our e-store’s large selection.

Yes. The data procedure on the specset.co website follows Internet applicable security agreements. Credit card numbers are not saved on the specset.co website but on the secured server of our banking institution.

You can browse the specset.co website without delivering any personal data. However, when you create an account on the specset.co website, we collect the necessary data for the billing and delivery of your orders: names, addresses, email addresses, etc. Our privacy policy is accessible on the website.

 You can pay your order by credit card (CB, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa electron). You can also pay by PayPal.

You have the possibility to return any order on the specset.co website in the 15 days following the delivery date. Any non-compliant return or unfit for resale (damaged, used or dirty) will not be submitted to return nor credit and will thus be redelivered at your attention. According to the provisions of the Greek Code of Consumption, products made for special orders cannot be exchanged, nor reimbursed.

Please send a request before with your order number to hello@specset.co. We will be happy to provide you with all the information you need to proceed your return.

You can request :
A refund: return costs are at your charge.
A credit note valid on the specset.co website only: a return label for a prepaid return will be sent to you.

Once your return request is accepted, you will receive an email detailing the procedure to return your package. Whatever return type, the product must be returned in its original condition and package, accompanied by the printed return form « Print RMA » or a note detailing your return number, name, address and the reason for the return.

Upon reception of the returned product, the reimbursment will be made according to the will of the buyer in the form of: 
Credit note available 4 months on the www.specset.co website.
A refund credit in the next 15 days after the recievemnet of the package directly on the bank account or Paypal account depending on the payment mode used for the order. The refund amount will equal the amount of the return product, without penalty, except for the return costs that remain at your charge. In the case of a refund or a credit note, except for faulty products of a delivery negligence on our part, delivery costs from the original order will not be refunded. 
An email will be sent to you to confirm the refund of your order, or to precise the code of your credit note.

The specset.co website ships worldwide.
Except for Greece and the European Union, delivery is based on the Delivery Duty Paid process. Importation taxes are calculated and included in the purchase price.
Customers can choose from, a mailbox delivery with Hellenic Post (Registered Standard Shipping), and signature on delivery or the Express DHL's service.
